Four Winds
Four Winds Apartments was planned, designed and built by our own team. During the process of building it was then that we realized that the wind seems to come from all four points of the earth. Compound the thought with our passion for spending time on land and living life on the water, we decided to add a nautical theme to Four Winds. The colours represent the water and sky where you can always find fair winds.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard was planned and designed to create a community where families would become neighbours and grow together. The 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms townhouses are laid out so families can rest and entertain in their own space. The colour scheme is energizing, creating bold lines and striking contrast adding definition, ambiance and a touch of luxury.
